Scope

What each phase actually covers.

Four phases, four rates. They are additive — a rough clean followed by a final clean is two passes over the same floor, so it is two rates. The quote tool does that arithmetic in front of you.

01

Rough clean

$0.18 / sq ft

  • Bulk construction debris pulled and staged for haul-off
  • Gross dust knocked down from decks, ledges, and framing
  • Floors swept and shop-vacuumed so the trades keep moving
  • Stairwells, corridors, and egress paths cleared

Fine dust, glass, and fixture detailing come with the final clean.

02

Final clean

$0.38–$0.45 / sq ft

  • Fine dust removed top down, every horizontal and vertical surface
  • Labels, adhesive, and overspray off glass, frames, fixtures, appliances
  • Interior glass both sides, with tracks, sills, and frames
  • Restroom fixtures, partitions, and mirrors detailed
  • Casework and cabinetry wiped inside and out
  • Light fixtures, diffusers, and vent covers dusted
  • Floors finished to the schedule — vacuum, damp mop, or scrub

Furnished space prices at the higher rate: cleaning around casework is slower.

03

Touch-up / punch

$0.15 / sq ft

  • Return pass against the general contractor's punch list
  • Re-clean of areas the trades reopened after final
  • Glass, fingerprints, and floors before the owner walk

One punch return is already included with every final clean — you only pay for extra trips.

04

Glass only

$8.00 / pane

  • Interior glass cleaned both sides
  • Construction film, stickers, and labels removed
  • Tracks, sills, and frames wiped out

No floor or surface work. Priced by the pane, not the square foot.

    Price it yourself

Seven questions, two minutes, on a phone. You get an itemised number on screen and a copy by email.

  3. 03

    Crew assigned and briefed

We assign the crew, brief them off your scope, and give you one point of contact for access, schedule, and changes.

  4. 04

Your walkthrough drives the punch list. One return within five days is included with every final clean.
